Throughout his career, he has specialized in the labor practice, focusing on legal advice to companies in matters of individual and collective labor law, legal validation of human resources policies, training lectures on labor matters, compensation plans and litigation in highly complex labor cases.
He is a member of Icare’s People and Organization Committee as well as a board director of several companies.
In collective bargaining matters, he participates directly in corporate advisory committees, both sitting at the negotiating table and in the drafting of documents.
Since 2018, the arbitrator of the Labour Directorate for compulsory arbitration has been recognized as one of the leading lawyers in labor law by Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500, and Best Lawyers. In 2023, Business Today included him among the top 10 most influential lawyers in labor law in Chile, highlighting his expertise in collective bargaining and relationships with unions. He was also recognized in 2021 and 2024 as one of the most relevant sub-45 lawyers in labour law and collective bargaining by Leading Lawyers, in collaboration with Idealis Legal Recruitment and Diario Financiero.
