Throughout his career, he has specialized in the labor practice, focusing on labor litigation of highly complex cases, as well as in legal advice on individual and collective matters to different companies. He has also been involved in collective bargaining negotiations, sitting on negotiating tables and drafting documents.
In recent years, he has developed extensive expertise in the preparation of reports on new trends and labor issues in Chile.
Previously, he worked as a Senior Lawyer at Canales Parga Abogados Laborales, currently GNP_Canales (2019 to 2022), and in the labor area of the law firms Vergara, Fernández, Costa y Claro (2018 to 2019) and Gazmuri y Cía. (2016 to 2018).
