He has experience in the labor area, especially in labor litigation of highly complex lawsuits, labor advice on individual and collective matters to different companies.
He has taken part in collective bargaining processes as a member of negotiating tables. He is also specialized in the strategic development of labor solutions and corporate labor consulting.
In recent years he has developed extensive expertise in immigration law, advising clients on the application and implementation of the rules governing this area, with special focus on the new Chilean legislation regarding the relocation and transfer of workers as well as in obtaining visas and work permits for foreigners.
In 2023 was highlighted in terms of employment by the prestigious international ranking Leaders League. Also, the international ranking Chambers and Partners Latin America 2025 recognized Jorge in the “Up and Coming” category in the Labour & Employment area.
He previously worked as a Senior Lawyer at Canales Parga Abogados Laborales, currently GNP_Canales (2019 to 2022).
